clear rights and ways to defend them for
womxn workers.

Every day womxn workers experience their rights being violated.

This in-progress booklet delineates clearly what rights womxn workers have in the USA, and how to safely fight for them.

This project is part of the 2020 Center for Urban Pedagogy Making Policy Public Fellowship, in collaboration with Legal Momentum, the USA’s oldest nonprofit level advocacy group for women and gender non-conforming individuals.

5,000 copies of the booklet will be distributed this fall to womxn workers in New York State through community hubs.
